Rain CII and its employees are committed to supporting educational, social and charitable causes in the communities in which we live and work, both as a company and as individuals.
Our corporate involvement includes:
A 50% matching program for employees’ financial contributions to United Way. Employees are encouraged to pledge 1% of their annual salaries to United Way or other qualifying nonprofit organizations of their choosing. Since 2008, Rain CII and its employees have contributed more than $717,729.91 to United Way, an organization and beneficiaries we’ve proudly supported for more than two decades.
A comprehensive Resourceful Giving program in which Rain CII employees donate their time and talents to support their local communities. This effort leverages their skills and knowledge and is at the heart of who we are as an organization.
A partnership with the National Recreation and Park Association (NRPA) to promote public parks and recreation, local environmental conservation and healthier communities. Rain CII has given NRPA a $100,000 grant to be distributed in the nine communities where we operate. NRPA coordinates volunteer efforts at the sites receiving grant funding and works closely with us to manage those local projects.
