Stamford, CT – Senior Corporate Financial Analyst


To support and provide guidance to Executive Team on financial, marketing and operational data. To integrate data into financial models, as well as, develop financial models from scratch.


A minimum of 5 years of finance experience, as well as, a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field is required. Must be capable of handling highly confidential information discreetly and responsibly. Requires highly competent writing skills with the ability to summarize complicated matters for a variety of audiences. Must be detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks, as well as, anticipate needs. Ability to handle significant work load and fast paced environment with multiple projects, timelines and due dates is also required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required with particular emphasis on Excel. MBA or a Graduate degree in Finance or a related field is preferred. CFA designation also preferred. Chemical industry experience is a plus.


Reports directly to the VP of Finance of the Company with direct interaction with Chief Financial Officer and other finance executives. Works closely with managers within the company to carry out the responsibilities of the financial analysis function.


Develop monthly financial analysis report to analyze each business’ performance

    1. Maintain analysis on a monthly basis
    2. Monthly global inventory analysis to ensure optimal raw material usage and logistic movements

Modeling to support potential acquisition targets

Analysis to support MD&A related to Bondholder calls

Support financial analysis needs of CXOs as required


    1. Accuracy of monthly analysis
    2. Comprehensiveness of all analysis
    3. Timely presentation of requested analysis
